[Geoserver-users] Downloadable tiff files

Hi List,

I have a short question.

I use two geotiff stores in GeoServer and I am wondering if those tiffs are also accessible/downloadable from outside.

I don’t want that. It is OK for now that other users than my own application are using my WMS, but they shouldn’t have access to my source tiff.

If the tiff is downloadable how can I prevent that?

Disable the WCS services and WPS as well, if you have it installed, they are the only mean to get a raw TIFF
(not exactly your original file, but a close relative)

I’ve disabled the WCS service now and WPS wasn’t installed.

So I’m good now, I think :wink:
