Hi All,
Is there an interface in Geoserver to dynamically add or change for
example a WMS on the fly? Copying it in its location in XML form and
restarting Geoserver is not good.

Hi Balázs,
Unfortunately not at the moment. But there may be an alternative to what you want to do. If you explain why you need a dynamic WMS service perhaps there will be another solutions.
