I stared geoServer v 1.7.4. and then launched I.E brawser, typed address
http://localhost:8080/geoserver.
Clicked Demo and Sample Requests. Selected WFS_transactionInsert.xml at
Request dropdown list. Clicked Submit in new page button. It returned
