[Geoserver-users] Export KML problem with 1.7 RC2

Hi,

we transfered our datas on geoserver 1.7.0 RC2 and we got a problem when
exporting them in KML.
The file .kml looks good, but the WMS gives an extrud polygon as result...
so our polygons are no longer displayed on the same ground as the map...

how can we change this <extrud> parameter and why this trouble appears ?

thks for help

Hi,
afaik David (cc'ed) was working on extrusion but the work was not complete, and he did back out his changes so that they won't appear
in 1.7.0-RC3. When it's out can you double check and see if the problem
went away for you?

Cheers
Andrea

got a solution for this problem :
add '&format_options=altitudeMode:clampToGround' as parameter
