Hi at all,

Do you mean to build a feature out of a DBMS View ?
If so, the answer depends on the DBMS connector implementation: for MySQL 4 the answer is no (up to 5.0.1 MySQL had no concept of views, by the way), for Oracle Spatial and DB2 Spatial Extender the answer is yes.

No that not what I mean. I try to explain it better
A Feature has a 1:n relation. For example 5 Image Links. So I want in the Response GML of the WFS a sequence of link elements. Is this possible?
In deegree Framework you can put a datastore configuration, which maps the n entries of a another table in the GML Response. Is it now more clear? Thanks for quick replying.
Got it: I suppose you should look at the complex datastore (http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOS/Complex+Datastore).

That's the right direction. But don' t if my problem can be solved
with this. The Mapping in the Project reverse to one table (grouing
some rows together). Do you if the following is possible:
table 1 (location) id | name
table 2 (image) id_location | src | description
When I request a Feature "location" it should have 1..n images as
properties. Such a mapping I couldn't see on the page of the complex
datastore.
I'm sorry, but I cannot answer this question.

Currently we don't. We are working towards a better feature model which can handle such things. And then we will hope to work through cases like this. If you'd like you can add it to the tracker as a feature request.

Chris
