Hi
I was wondering if there is a way of passing a bounding box extent parameter to the geoexplorer viewer in the URL.
Regards
Gavin

Ciao Gavin,
I guess you should use the ML for the specific product.

Hi,
I am using GeoExplorer in the OpenGeo Suite
I want to customize the user interface with tools that I need.
I want to have coordinate button/box to show x and y coordinates on the map,
a search bar so that a person can find search for certain locations/features
from active layers layers, set my view extent to the region I am working on.
Where would I code this in?
I have no clue where to find the code used to create the GUI.
I have also looked at the OpenGeo client sdk with the extra widgets, how do
I include some of the widgets into Geoexplorer, that I want to appear of the
GUI.
I am new at using Open Source software and coding/scripting. I am at
beginner level. Please assist me in my struggles.
Do you also know of other valuable websites that can help me with this kind
of scripting.
Regards,
Keke

As Simone suggested, the GeoServer community does not provide support for
the OpenGeo suite,
you should contact Boundless and see what your support options are.
