Oh, I know the problem. Jody moved the location of the 'edit' button.
CCing the user's list, as others may have had this issue as well. We should explicitly explain where the edit button is, since it's no longer obvious (I actually preferred the old way, the new way is a bit too obscure and takes too many clicks to edit).
To edit GeoServer docs, go to the column on the left and click on 'page operations'.
That will drop down:
'View'
'Edit'
'Attachments'
'Info'
Those used to be at the top, but are now more obscure, on the right. All the permissions should still be correct.
