The GeoServer team is proud to announce two releases:
GeoServer 1.4.0-RC5
GeoServer 1.5.0-beta1
GeoServer 1.4.0-RC5 is the last release candidate of the 1.4 series. If everything goes well it will become the official 1.4 release. This release of it contains several fixes to the data directory and some better error reporting. You can download it here:

GeoServer 1.5.0-beta1 is the first beta release of GeoServer with the WCS (Web Coverage Service) module. Lots of hard work by GeoSolutions has been done to bring this forth and we are all excited to try it out. You can download it here:
