Hi all gui,
I go to demo link of Geoserver, and click to Map View. I want to get GeoRSS but I get error, only my layers.

Can you include more information about the error you are getting? A stack trace from the console or the log would be helpful. Also, which kind of datasource is your layer?

I may be wrong, but as far as I remember the GeoRSS feeds needs to be
obtained from a publicly visible server with a public IP: this
is because the GoogleMaps & co. API do not parse the RSS on the
client side, but on their server side.
If I'm correct, the demo with ship with is not hitting the local
geoserver, but sigma.openplans.org instead, which has been down for some time yesterday. May that be the reason?
On the other side, if you use OpenLayers instead of the proprietary
API, I believe you'll be able to see GeoRSS without limitations
due to API key and server location.

Right... but it sounds like this is just viewing it in the browser? I seem to remember a bug with GeoRSS in 1.5.x... like it never really working correctly. I could be wrong.
Toan, are you willing to upgrade to a 1.6 version. Support will definitely be better there.

Toan, are you willing to upgrade to a 1.6 version. Support will definitely be better there.
I have update to 1.6.3 version before, but there are some error in this version. So, I use version 1.5.3 for safety :D. I dont know if they fix this error.

So the question remains, are you simply trying to view the georss feed in your web browser?

Not only view the georss feed in browser, but I want to get it into my program. Beauce I want to use mapbuilder to build a map like gmap. When the map is loaded, have some mark ready on the map. I think I can use georss for this, but I dont know exactly.
