Hi Mike,
The page is definitely a huge improvement, nice work to you and Andy. A couple of minor things:
* I think the icons are a bit big and take up a bit too much real estate on the page. I don't think there should be a reason why all the downloads can't fit onto a page without having to scroll.
* Currently all artifacts are grouped under "Format". But I think this should only be the first 4 (exe,bin,war,src). I think it would make sense to group all the others under a "Documentation" heading.
Other than that looks great.
