I find a problem in geoserver2.4.x and geoserver2.5.x. When I post the request of transaction-delete operation, the .fix file is not updated. So the problem has affected my transaction operation using the geoserver. Who has met the same problem, and how to resolve it?

it could be a bug in the Shapefile DataStore.
Could you try the latest nightly (http://ares.boundlessgeo.com/geoserver/master/geoserver-master-latest-bin.zip) to check if the issue is still unresolved?
If it is, could you please open a jira (instructions here: http://geoserver.org/comm/)?
