Hi all,
the geoserver-logging currently pollutes my tomcat-log with
CONFIG-level loggings. I set the level to INFO and stored the
settings. But when i take a look in the logfile its still on the
CONFIG level. When i check the /configuration/server site, the level
is also still CONFIG.
Why doesnt it take my settings?
Kind regards
Albrecht

Hmmm... stored the setting as in submit and the save?
If so, they are not stored... you have to submit the change, then
apply it (this makes the running GeoServer see the change) and then
save it if you want the change to hit the configuration files.
We'll probably remove this silly ballet in future, but for the
moment it's just like this.
If you submitted the change in the form, then applied then saved
and it does not work, then yes we have a problem...
I just tried on 1.5.3 and it seems to work as advertised.
Let me know
Cheers
