I have two questions related to BEA WebLogic:
1) Does GeoServer run under WebLogic ?
2) If so, does GeoServer run under a cluster of WebLogic servers ?

I believe I've had reports of GeoServer running successfully with WebLogic.

This I have no idea about. If it requires advanced J2EE programming though then it probably doesn't. But there are ways to cluster GeoServer, see for example: http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOSDEV/3+Programmers+Guide
