Hi, I’m new of Gis world. I’m preparing my Thesis, and I have to realize a control room for a park in order to give some services. I think to use Geoserver to give to my users the possibility, by using a PDA, of visualizing different paths that are in the park and in this way they can also interrogate the map to have informations about green areas near them by a simple click on the map. So my question is: Is this possible? And I would like to know if I can use in my control room, as a desktop Gis, Google Earth in order to give to my operators of the control room the possibility to update the Geodatabase. Another question: How can I do, if I want to supervise the position of my visitors in the park( each visitor has a PDA)? thanks a lot in advice and sorry for my english
