[Geoserver-users] GeoServer WMS post request with custom body?

Hello, I have an problem with GeoServer and Openlayers. I'm making a POST
request to GeoServer to query WMS layer (Openlayers WMS). The problem is
that Openlayers is creating a iFrame-element with transparent background and
it's not working with IE.

Is there a way to configure 'getMap' response body? I'd need to insert a
style definition to the body-element "background: transparent" so I could
make the iFrame working with IE.

Thanks alot!

Hi,
You’d probably be better served asking this on the OpenLayers list as it sounds like a JavaScript issue.

It’s quite strange. Which version of OpenLayers are you using? I suspect an old one.
