This one seems to refer to invalid input. Are you feeding GML to the
process? It could be incorrect,
or could be an issue in the parser. Cannot say without seeing the data.
with the second and third the
error is "side location conflict",
JTS intersectin is known to be fragile, there are known problems with
intersections against very
complex polygons (which get much more likely if your polygons are not valid
to start with).
Search the internet for details, but I'm afraid there is no general
solution to the problem
