I have some of GeoTIFFs with NODATA values. I add the directory as a ImageMosaic store to GeoServer. It works very well except that the GeoTIFFs I download from WCS does not have a NODATA value set. At least not visible from gdalinfo. I have tried with 2.7.1 and the nightly build from master as of today.
gdalinfo on one of the original GeoTIFF. They all share the same NODATA value.
Band 1 Block=7911x1 Type=Float32, ColorInterp=Gray
NoData Value=1000000
Band 2 Block=7911x1 Type=Float32, ColorInterp=Undefined
NoData Value=1000000
gdalinfo on a GeoTIFF fetched with GetCoverage on the ImageMosaic store.
Band 1 Block=16x16 Type=Float32, ColorInterp=Gray
Band 2 Block=16x16 Type=Float32, ColorInterp=Alpha
Any tips on how to fix this?
