When my feature is geomcolleciton type consist of line and polygon, the
getFeatureInfo of geoserver remind me the error "Relate Operation called
with a LWGEOMCOLLECTION type. This is unsupported
".
Could I click a feature consist of both line and polygon? If the click point
intersect my line or within my polygon, I will consider user select the
feature.Could this possible?

As far as I know "heterogeneous" geometry collections is not something we really support. I could be wrong, Andrea?
Are you able to do a wfs "GetFeature" request against the layer?

Well, for sure it was not really tested out. Anyways, the error
I'm seeing here:

is a PostGIS generated one. It seems postgis itself has troubles dealing
with geometry collections?
Cheers
