Hello:

I am new to GeoServer. Is it possible to read from Google Street Maps, Google Satellite and then serve them as WMS layer using GeoServer?

Having GeoServer grab images from those services, compose a single
image with some local data, and serve the result out?
No, it would violate the Google license, stating that their data
is free provided you use it in a browser, from javascript, and on
a publicly accessible site.

I'd suggest you have a look at OpenLayers, it can integrate the
three sources of data into one in-browser application (if you need
to server thick clients, you're out of luck, license forbids
that usage).
