You need to install the font on your server, (see https://askubuntu.com/questions/3697/how-do-i-install-fonts) for details. As to the legality of copying ESRI’s font I couldn’t comment.

The SLD works well in Window.
I’d like to do in GeoServer 2.7 on Ubuntu 14.04 .
How can I do it?
Thank you very much for any help–
Have a nice day!
