I was wondering how do I cite the following links pertaining to GeoServer in
Harvard referencing style (including in-text citation)?
http://geoserver.org
http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/services/wfs/basics.html
<http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/services/wfs/basics.html>

I don't think GeoServer has a formal way. For my masters dissertation I just used something like this:
"Geoserver. (n.d. A). /CoverageStore Configuration/. Retrieved Jan 30, 2016 from GeoServer documentation: http://full_url.html"
Note that the "n.d. A" changes to "n.d. B" and so on for any further GeoServer docs references. I'm not sure if that's Harvard format (it has been a few years), but there are conventions for linking to documentation if you google them.
Cheers,
Jonathan
