Hi, I knew it has been a while, but did you solve the problem?
I think geoserver only support image stored in customized layout, which
means it can not directly read GeoRaster from Oracle, am I right?
thanks in advance

The plugin supports Oracle Georaster, see
http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/data/raster/oraclegeoraster.html
Follow the links for setup. The plugin needs one table storing the name of the coverage and the Georaster object.
