Thanks for the information. With the following steps, the problem has been
resolved.
- download the latest binary version of GeoTools 2.2 (RC3),
- rename the file
<GeoServer>\server\geoserver\WEB-INF\lib\gt2-oracle-spatial.jar to
gt2-oracle-spatial.jar.OLD
- paste file gt2-oracle-spatial-2.2-RC3.jar from GeoTools 2.2 in the
directory <GeoServer>\server\geoserver\WEB-INF\lib,
- restart geoserver.
