I’m from China mainland, where the sourceforge.net can not be open because of our government forbid it.
So I can’t Subscribing to Geoserver-users from sourceforge ,
is there any other way?

I’m afraid not. Some try to post via Nabble, http://osgeo-org.1560.n6.nabble.com/GeoServer-User-f3786390.html,
but if you do without being subscribed the post will be visible only from the Nabble forum interface,
and will be caught up in the moderation queue, where it might wait a couple of weeks or more
before an administrator has the time to review the queue, throw away the spam, and authorize
the valid messages (like I just did for this one)
