I’m using geoserver 2.5 and I want to install Key authentication module to geoserver 2.5 is this module become part of geoserver or I should download it and install if that from where can I got it.
Is it deprecated ?

It's not deprecated, but not officially supported either. You can get it
from the nightly builds, along with a bunch of other "community" modules
(that is, modules that are not officially supported):
