In my roads database I have 2 attribute columns: r_name & route, for the road
name and route number respectively. While most have either/or some roads
have both. The road name is displayed following the line while he route
numbers need to be displayed in shields.
How do I set up the styling (preferably using CSS, but SLD if needs be) to
display alternating names and route markers where there are both, or only
the relevant one where there is only one?
