[Geoserver-users] [Mapbuilder-users] GeoServer 1.3.4 release[Sec=Unclassified] [Sec=Unclassified]

Hi all,

Thanks for following this up - using the 1.0.1 release of mapbuilder
seemed to fix the problem.

Brent,
I assume you donwload the compressed version of Mapbuilder rather than
the .war file?
Ie: mapbuilder-lib-1.0.1-release.zip

Miles, you can find it at:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=35246&package_id=1
16388&release_id=433054

Hi Miles
Once you download mapbuilder, just drop the files into: [GeoServer
install dir]\server\geoserver\data\mbdemos

Hi Miles,
Would you be able to download the latest Mapbuilder code (release
1.0.1) and replace the version currently used by Geoserver?
The problem might be been fixed by a later release (although I don't

remember such a problem).

Brent, could you please tell Miles where the Mapbuilder jar needs to
be inserted.

Brent Owens wrote:

Hi Cameron
Looks like version 1.0-RC2
We haven't made any changes to the mapbuilder code, just dropped in
the jars.

Have you made any modifications to the Mapbuilder code?

Sure thing.

Hi Miles,
I haven't tried with firefox 1.5 but I have it working in
earlier versions. I think it is a mapbuilder issue. I will CC
the mapbuilder list and see if they have any suggestions.

Hi Brent,

I can no longer use mapbuilder with Firefox (Mozilla/5.0

(Windows; U;

Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8.0.6) Gecko/20060728
Firefox/1.5.0.6) however it still works with internet explorer

6.0.2900.2180 Xp SP2. This may be a style sheet problem? See
attached screenshot after it has fully loaded in both
browsers. Probably a mapserver issue but thought I'd ask if
you had experienced this yourself?

Regards,

Miles

I will upgrade geoserver so the next release contains the newer mapbuilder version.
