I guess there are some MapFish users on this list. I tried to subscribe to users@anonymised.com… and am on that list. But there is absolutely no traffic on that list. Can anyone help me out with MapFish stuff or where there is a working list?

I think their list is not dead. I, too, am using MapFish for a
project, but haven't participated on the list yet.
Go ahead and post on the MapFish list, or feel free to email me
privately with a MapFish issue.
