[Geoserver-users] Migration to WMS GeoServer in www.cartociudad.es

Hi to the GeoServer community,

I am pleased to inform you that successfully today the CartoCiudad team of National Geographic Institute of Spain has changed their former WMS to a new GeoServer WMS. You can go to the CartoCiudad project web page: www.cartociudad.es<http://www.cartociudad.es/> -which uses TileCache with GeoServer to implement a WMS-C- or in the IDEE web client (http://www.idee.es/clientesIGN/wmsGenericClient/index.html?lang=ES) and prove how GeoServer 1.7.2 works with addresses, cadastral and statistical official data from almost every municipality in Spain. However we still have to change some aspects in the WMS, but we expect this will be done in few weeks.

Regards,

José Miguel Rubio
