[Geoserver-users] Need a map with line directions...

Hi, I need to render a map with line directions (a line with an arrow
at the end that shows the direction), but I don't find tags to make
the Styled Layer Descriptor.
Is posible draws the direction of lines with Geoserver?
Thanks in advanced:

I think the way to do that would be to use a 'Graphic' element, either a well-known mark of a 'triangle', or an External Graphic of an Arrow of some sort. Then make use of the 'rotation' element to turn the graphic in the direction you want it to face. If you have the direction the street runs you can use that as the 'rotation' value, or you might be able to somehow derive it using one of the Filter 'functions'.

Yes, this probably should be easier to do. Please report back if you have some success, and put your SLD in http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOSDOC/SLD+Snippets
