Hello Community,
I need access to the master password of my GeoServer 2.4.1 installation.
I’m used to get is from data_dir\security[masterpw.info](http://masterpw.info) in the 2.3 series. But in 2.4 series you can’t find it after installation.
Could you support me please?

Hi Toni
masterpw.info is considered as a security risk. Go to the password settings and export the master password to a file location of your choice.
