[Geoserver-users] Patch geoserver 1.5.4 for handling Filters in a multiple layer request containing a basemap

Hello,

Attached you’ll find a small patch for the geoserver 1.5.4 version.
When using a basemapgroup, layers and styles are substituted, but an wms error occured when ataching a filter in the request saying that only 7 filters supplied for 65 lyers or something like that.

I adjusted the code to work only with a OGCFilter because thats the only filter i’m using.

I hope you’ll find my contribution usefull

Greetings Kris

Hi Kris,

Thanks a lot for the patch. Unless I am mistaken 1.5.4 will be the last
1.5.x release of GeoServer. However I have scheduled a jira task for
1.6.x to ensure your patch gets forward ported. Thanks a bunch.
