Hi,
in order to get an idea about the problem you would need to change the
logging level to something geotools developer and then send the log
again.
That said, if you are showing the mosaic at all scales, once you zoom
out a bit more having to load 140 files may lead to response failing
as you are definitely opening too many files for a single request.
