[Geoserver-users] Problem with accessing Geoserver 1.6.0-RC1

I have deployed war file Geoserver 1.6.0-RC1 and running Apache Tomcat ver 6.0.14 with JVM ver 1.6.0_03-b05 on a Windows XP. Having logged in, when clicking on Config it takes be back to the Login Screen, what am I doing wrong.

I have no idea, it works for me. Anything in the logs? Any special security configuration in your environment?

hi Sindile Bidla,
I have met that question last week.It may be your tomcat cache.
You should delete the directory
"{apache_dir}\work\Catalina\localhost\geoserver" and restart the tomcat.
If possible,please tell me the result.
