Everything is working fine but no logging can be found in the logs folder of geoserver. Is there anything else we need to add to the jar created from the code above in order to generate my wps processing logs.
I guess your process is not in a org.geoserver package right? If that's the
case, you have to
modify the log4j logging profiles in order to include your package too.
You can find them in the $GEOSERVER_DATA_DIR/logs directory, change them,
then switch
back and forth the profile in the UI to make GeoServer reload your new
config.
Or create a custom one with a name of yours, the UI allows to read any
property file found
in the logs directory
