Hi,
I have a prerendered hybrid map. I use the image pyramid plugin (Geoserver
1.6.4b).
The transparent areas are set to '#00ff00' and this value is defined in the
input transparent field.
This means that you want to transform the red pixel into transparent
ones for the input images.
Is this the behavior you are expecting?
I use the standard raster-SLD. When I now view the
map it is rendered transparent correctly, but the black text is also
transparent! What can I do? I tested nearly everything.
This, if my understanding is not correctly, sounds like a bug or an
erroneous behavior.
The raster data are 8 bit TIFFs with nearly the same color table (about 34
entrys), but always in a different order.
This should mean that a color expansion is required if the various
palettes are not completely equal.
I have a question on this how did you generate the pyramid? Can you
copy and paste the properties file for the pyramind and one of the
mosaics? I think it would be useful to have two of your tiles to play
with them myself.
Simone.
