Hi everyone,
Could someone explain for me how can I publish the map as WMS layer
including the secure list of WMS layer with authentication access. i.e. road
layer only can be accessed by user A but not user B.
I would be really appreciated if anyone could explain this issue for me.

That should get you started at least. Beyond that you’ll need to ask specific questions to get specific answers I’m afraid.
