What do you mean by "query"? Check what's the value in single point?
Extract a subset of the raster?

If this is a pure visualization thing, you can create a SLD style that uses
a color map
in interval mode, that will make it display the values above 100 (have the
other values
use transparency so that they will not display):

If instead you want to download the data that answers that question, we
currently have no
out of the box way to support that.
The two natural ways in OGC protocols are:
* WCPS, a mix of WCS and WPS that we currently do not support
* WPS with a process that can answer that kind of comparison, which we do
not have
in releases... there is a pull request with a process that imho should be
able to
do that, but it has been in incomplete state for quite a while:
