Which appears to be the same as yours so this could be something to do
with tomcat/java1.5.

You get the "filename" error if you try to upload a style who's filename
is the same as an already existing style's filename.

I noticed some weird characters in your message at the top of the SLD -
"". Are you using any non ASCII UTF-8 characters in you SLD?
