[Geoserver-users] Re questing BBOX of Layer

Hi,

I want to request the bounding box of a layer that has a CQL_FILTER
statement.
So the resulting bounding box is smaller than the layers original bounding
box.
Is that possible?

Hi,

It is possible, but only with WFS. For WFS Geoserver can be configured to include BBOX in the getFeature response.
