Hello everyone,
I am attempting to configure WMS settings for a given workspace through the REST interface. According to the documentation the WMS settings for a given workspace can be controlled through /services/wms//settings[.] (http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/rest/api/services.html#services-wms-ws-settings-format). However http://localhost:8080/geoserver/rest/services/wms/foo/settings.xml returns a html page when opened in a browser, the same as the REST root page. This is the case in 2.3.3 and 2.3.4.
According to http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-5122 this issue is still unresolved. However, the documentation suggests otherwise. Does anybody know what the current status is of this issue?
