What plugin should enable RPFTOC as a data store option in Geoserver 2.3.2? I’ve got the imageio-ext with gdal plugins working and thought I should see the RPFTOC store.

Ciao Kristopher,
in ImageIO-Ext there is currently support for the format, but we miss
it in the geotools wrapper.
Can you open a JIRA for this ? It is a straightforward task.
