Hey,
My SLD file is actually 10MB big. Managing it is really uncomfortable.
Which tools do you recommend for SLD creation?

That sounds impressive, there are two alternatives to SLD in the mix:
You can convert from your existing SLD to YSLD and carry on work, it also provides opportunities to reuse sections of your style. We recently ran a workshop at foss4gna using YSLD, and hope to have it ready for wider use in GeoServer 2.10.

What NetFlow Analyzer can do for you? Monitors network bandwidth and traffic
patterns at an interface-level. Reveals which users, apps, and protocols are
consuming the most bandwidth. Provides multi-vendor support for NetFlow,
J-Flow, sFlow and other flows. Make informed decisions using capacity
planning reports. https://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/clk/305295220;132659582;e

One should probably check if the SLD actually needs to be this large.
For example, some time ago I reduced a SLD that was several thousands lines
long
significantly by using these functions, instead of creating a new rule for
each color/thickness/fill:
http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/styling/sld-tipstricks/transformation-func.html
You can also look in the CSS module, the cascading allows to express
complex combinations
in a handful or rules (but you will have to start your style from scratch).
I thought that in YSLD you could nest rules to get some compactness, but I
cannot find any reference to that in
the community documentation, maybe I'm wrong:

Not sure you you mean by nesting rules?
Reuse (such as it is) come out of the YAML “Anchors & References” (which is mentioned in that document).

That is a nifty idea.
Back to the YSLD References I wonder if they could be used to combine several rules, would have to talk to Kevin about making a convention for multiple filter definitions (with the assumption they could be combined using AND). May be worth it.
As written YSLD is intended to be fairly faithful to the symbology encoding data structure (no points for creativity yet).
