Hi together
I tried to edit my sld with the stylerplugin and it worked fine until I
restarted my tomcat. Afterwards there were the old ones. Does anyone know
what is the problem and probably a solution?

Hi Fabio,
Yes, this is a known issue, described here:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-2825
It has since been fixed, so if you grab a recent nightly build it should work as expected.
