do someone knows when the integration of the web sld editor for geoserver will be effective? Or is it already done? I cannot find any info about it in the mailing list and milestone.

That was a Google SoC project, the result was not good enough to be
integrated. A group of professionals is not working on making a
new SLD editor, but I'm unsure about a possible release date...
stay tuned.
