Nope, there is no way to do so.
There is a bit of a conceptual problem, in that the “scale” makes sense only for WMS,
but the layer has to make sense for WFS and WPS as well… that said, one could just add
a default value for those.
For SLD enviroment variables we already have the automatic injection of the current
OGC scale denominator as “wms_scale_denominator”, I guess the same could
be done for SQL views.
The class to be modified would be GetMap, in the wms module.
Patches/pull requests welcomed.
