Hi all,
I am using the latest Geoserver, and I tryied to visualize my own shapefiles which are in SRS 4121.
When I declare this SRS to the Geosrever nothing is visualized in the mapbuilder plugin.
If i change the SRS to the 4326 then the layer is diplayed!
Is Geoserver capable of rendering in all SRS ?

It depends if your projection is in the epsg hsql database.
What version of GeoServer are you using? If it is an older version there was a problem with the map preview page in that it only rendered feature types in 4326.
You can see if geoserver is reprojecting your data by issuing a simple get map request to your layer:
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wms?bbox=-130,24,-66,50&styles=population&Format=image/png&request=GetMap&layers=topp:states&width=550&height=250&srs=EPSG:4326
Change the layers, styles, bbox, and srs to that of your data.
