Hi

I find these dash styles in openlayer.

strokeDashstyle (“dot”, “dash”, “dashdot”, “longdash”, “longdashdot”, or “solid”)

Am I able to set this geoserver SLD, any similar function?

Look into SLD dasharray CssParameter:
