[Geoserver-users] Tranparent LegendGraphic

Hi,

Is it possible to get a transparent image returned from a GetLegendGraphic wms request, i have confirmed that it is not by opening the URL via the Gimp and the returned image is not transparent.

I have tried adding the TRANSPARENT=true attribute to the URL but i still get a non-transparent image.

We don't support that because it's not part of the WMS spec. Yet I think
it's a valuable addition.
Care to file a request for improvement on Jira? :slight_smile:
