I am using geoserver 2.3.5 in my project when i try to load my published map in jpeg format i am getting a error like unable to load jpeg JDK ,what mite be the root clause of this issue

It may be worth updating to a newer version of GeoServer.
That said, if you can provide more information about the error (the exact error message for one thing, but also information about your configuration/environment), maybe someone will be able to assist.

Try right clicking on the “tile” and saving the contents as a text file. You will find the document is an xml “Service Exception” - which your application is trying to display as a JPEG.
Usually this is based on a configuration issue, or a bad request.
